This work is based on the entire preface of Kenji Miyazawa’s poem “Spring and Shura.” Kenji Miyazawa (1896-1933), a famous Japanese poet and author of children’s literature.
The large letters in the upper part are the main phrases of the preface. It is written in a style different from Japanese used in everyday life, but when translated into English, it looks like this.
